Internet Remote Services

RemotePC uses TLS v 1.2/AES-256 encryption to transfer user authentication data between remote computers and local computers. Personal Key, a unique password set for each computer, acts as an extra layer of protection.

IP Internet Remote Services

Storage / Parts/return attempt fee
1. I will only hold or store computers, tablets, phones, and laptops for 60 days; after that, I will sell or recycle. I will make up to 5 attempts to contact you without hearing back.
2. An inventory of parts in your device or devices will be taken before or at the time of drop-off. This is done for my safety and also yours. Customer example (Fiction): a person dropped off a computer. A computer only had one drive person said it had two.
3. Return attempt fee: this fee is for the repair and the time and equipment needed to disassemble and diagnose the issue. In the attempt to repair the item. In some cases, the item can not be fixed or repaired due to damage. $35 to $125
